I am aware of the format of the event for 2024 – hiring of free area, with the possibility of returning to the semi-standardized assembly format in 2026 – with details on this decision informed in the full material: “Instructions and Criteria for choosing and reserving areas - ABTCP 2024 release rev. 02 12_09_23 and PLANTA ABTCP 2024 rev.02 05_10_23”, sent previously and also available on the event website www.abtcp2024.org.br, containing: rules, deadlines and values per square meter of the area corresponding to the space (with assembly costs, decoration, electricity, cleaning and government fees are the responsibility of the exhibitor). The exhibitor manual will be made available in March, containing all rules, deadlines and fees.

I am also aware that confirmation of my reservation will be guaranteed through delivery of the contract duly completed and signed within the agreed deadline, as well as compliance with the rules and deadlines defined at the time of booking.
