ABTCP 2024
Dear visitor,
The ABTCP 2024 Event – 56th International Pulp and Paper Congress and Exhibition will be held in São Paulo – from October 1st to 3rd – at the Transamérica Expo Center Pavilion. The INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION and the INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS will be held in halls D and E. Both events are organized by ABTCP.
Visiting the stands at the ABTCP International Pulp and Paper Exhibition is free for those who register in advance.
The event represents an opportunity to launch technological trends and scientific discoveries at an international level and allows networking and the exchange of information and experiences between more than 800 internationally renowned experts and technicians. Visitors will be able to find some exhibitors who are suppliers of technologies and services for companies in the following areas: forestry, cellulose and paper production, recovery and utilities, environment, market, engineering and maintenance, automation, process control and equipment for paper conversion .
Having completed your accreditation online, your data will already be available in our system when you arrive at the exhibition.
To collect your credential, present the confirmation email you will receive after accreditation, at the event secretariat, or enter your CPF number.
Exhibition | Visiting Hours:
October 1 and 2, 2024 (from 1 PM to 8 PM)
Entry allowed only until 7 PM.
October 3, 2024 (from 1 PM to 7 PM)
Entry allowed only until 6 PM.
General conditions for visiting:
• All event participants, even if pre-registered, must carry an identification document with a photo, which may be requested at any time by agents of the organization.
• The event is restricted to professionals in the sector (leaders, academics, researchers, consultants, professionals and specialists from the entire production and service chain of the forestry, cellulose and paper industry), and proof may be requested at any time.
• Children under 16 are not permitted, even if accompanied.
• People wearing flip-flops or shorts will not be allowed to enter.
• The credential is personal and non-transferable. In case of loss, R$ 34.00 will be charged for issuing a 2nd copy of the badge and the 1st copy will be cancelled. Its use is restricted to authorized times and locations.
• The event organization reserves the right to collect the credential if misuse is proven, as well as request the removal of the holder from the venue.
• Everyone who joins the event declares to accept that their image and audio may be captured during the event, freely and definitively assigning all image and audio rights to the organization for all purposes.
• Photographing or filming stands and products is only permitted with the exhibitor's authorization.
• The event organization is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings of delegates, visitors or exhibitors.
• VISITOR credentials do not entitle you to participate in the ABTCP 2024 congress and/or dinner.
• The visitor acknowledges that all information provided here upon registration is true, complete and correct.
NOTE: All responsibility for the PARKING area and its control lies with AUTOVAGAS, with ABTCP exempt from any responsibility for parked vehicles and fees charged (more information on the event website www.abtcp2024.org.br – Information - Parking lots).
