Participate in the Conscious Exhibitor Award – ABTCP 2024

The Conscientious Exhibitor Award emerges as an initiative that aims to recognize and reward sustainable practices during the 2024 International Pulp and Paper Exhibition. This honorable recognition will be granted to the three stands that best incorporate synergy with the global concern about global warming. All booths that register in advance are invited to participate and can register using the form available on the website.

To participate, exhibitors must demonstrate genuine concern for the environment during the exhibition, using sustainable materials that do not harm the ecosystem. Examples include cups, gifts, booth construction materials and proper waste separation. Get involved and participate!

What will the evaluation be like?

The evaluation will be carried out by a committee composed of:

• A representative of the environmental technical committees.
• A representative from the ABTCP marketing area.
• An individual member.

Booths will be scored according to the quantity and quality of sustainable practices displayed. Each sustainable material will be evaluated with a score from 1 to 4. The evaluation will take place on the first day of the exhibition.

Awards

The three stands with the highest scores will be declared winners and will receive the 2024 Conscientious Exhibitor certificate, which will be presented during the ABTCP celebration dinner. The dinner will take place on the second day of the event at Casa Giardini Buffet, located at Rua Jesuíno Maciel, 97 - Campo Belo - São Paulo – SP, starting at 7pm.

In addition, ABTCP's press office will interview representatives of the winning stands, and the interviews will be published on the NEWSPULPAPER portal and in the November O PAPEL magazine.
